Hi, I'm Arfa.

I've worked in FMCG, Food Delivery, and e-commerce across Indonesia and the UAE.

In 2023, I got selected as the first Indonesian in the Dubai Business Associates program, an initiative under HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, where I spent time as a Strategy Consultant for The Emirates Group.

Outside of work, I'm part of Global Shapers Dubai, a youth-focused impact initiative under the World Economic Forum. I've also been invited to speak to several Indonesian communities about personal development and working abroad, including:
